Question by B: Currently in 2010, are there lawsuits being brought against people downloading torrents?
Some torrent sites are warning about this. So, is this a real concern or something else such as a required statement on their part…? One site was selling torrent privacy software so it also could be a marketing tool, so is anyone out there being sued for real?
