Could you please tell me what is CRM project and what is its demand in current market?

CRM stands for Customer Relation Management. Some main players in this area include Oracle and SalesForce.com. As far as demand, these companies expect to do great things next year in this space and there recently was a report that there’s not enough IT people to keep up with pace which could lead to economic slowing. So yes, depending what you’re looking for I think this is a great area to be in now and in the future!

if u really wanna be a respectable programmer then don’t learn Visual Basic
i would recommend C# or Java

I want to get in on the app market!
My skill in programming is extremely limited, but I’m willing to learn so if it’s advanced software, I’m more than happy to learn how to use it the hard way.

Certification definitely factors in, as unless you have years of experience, employers will look to those to prove that you have skills needed to perform the job.

Different job markets will want different skills, but you should pursue the career you are interested in, not the one that’s the “best” in the market right now. The market changes too often to let that be your base.
