I would say Photoshop, mainly those that are CS3 and above. The program is very expensive, though. You can get a free trial online at adobe.com. There is also Photoshop Elements, which is the less professional version. It too can be downloaded as a free trial. However, if you want to buy the program, it is only $ 70-ish. Hope this helps!!
