This is my shout at so called Gurus and their latest “nobody’s done it before” offer, my inbox is overflowing with repeat after repeat offers of so called oto’s (one time offers) and time limited deals. In fact a good percentage of these offers are just rehashed old products with a new name. But that being said there are some really great realistic offers out there; it’s just a case of sorting out the gems from the dross. You have to do your homework and think sensibly about the product on offer and ask yourself these 3 questions;

1. How is it going to benefit me?

2. What’s the cost involved? (Time & Money)

3. How easily and quickly will it produce profit?

If you have answered all of the questions above and you still want to go ahead, Okay time to get a reality check! Unless you have deep pockets then you will have your work cut out. You need an edge over the competition and one good way to achieve this is by joining forces with other likeminded marketers. Joint ventures are a prime example of collaborating to gain you valuable mailing lists and links for your product.

Time to leverage the power of opportunity

When I do have the time to review and check out what’s on offer I look for sensible squeeze pages and products to promote that will give me the highest return on my TIME and investment. This is a very critical time for you because it could mean the difference from wasting say six months promoting a poor performing product and starting all over again. Do your research and make sure the product will sell, be prepared to market aggressively in the first couple of weeks.

One product that really gets my marketing juices flowing and stands out from the crowd and delivers the real McCoy are video training packages. “How to” Videos or specific technical online courses laid out in a constructive way with informative step by step instructions. Let’s face it we don’t all have the advantage of a technical background and this is one of many areas where a lot of people just give up. People are always searching for information on how to set up a mini site or set up an email marketing campaign, these are just two examples of a huge hungry market.

The sub heading is self explanatory isn’t it? Wouldn’t you rather have applications that cut your work load down? For example you might want to distribute your message about a certain product to the masses, in order to do this you need to spread the word around. There are tools that will do this automatically for you. One obvious tool is an autorespondor, others depending what you’re doing might include article submission software, forum buzz, Squeeze Page maker, project master, the list is endless and can be utilised on your desktop or online.

So to wrap up;

Remember your customer has preconceived ideas & concepts of what they are reading or viewing, so you have to sell to their Human Nature. That’s it in a nutshell; this is, in my humble opinion the main key to success. Or is it! Well this is certainly one of the key concepts but there are many more. All of the traditional methods of conveying your message still need to be used to utilize this human nature.

Proven Sales, Marketing, and Advertising tips and resources that tap into the incredible power of human nature appeal. Use these tools wisely and with vigour to connect with people, it sounds fairly straight forward and it is.

Playing on your emotions

Good Internet Marketing Affiliate Gurus know how to make you think and feel that you really need to get this product. They have spend hundreds of thousands to either hire some top copywriters or learned how to write these sales pages themselves.

So if you buy a product for 7 that claims you will be making hundreds of thousands of dollars every month run, because it won’t make you this kind of money. Unless you spend tens of thousands on  market research, product development, marketing, website design, etc…

So if you think that after spending 7 for this product, you will see your bank account grow every day, just wake up. It takes much more then measly 7 to be successful. This product can, of course help you to understand how business online is build. It can teach you some tricks or tips, but you would need to work on it. That means you need to take action and actually do something. Do not do the mistake of buying more and more “how to’s” products in order to find some secrets or shortcuts. You will not find them.

The  point being made in the headline  just re-enforces the when you are just starting out and when  it comes to Internet marketing  and the information publishing business you need to  be‘head straight up, eyes wide open’ and don’t allow yourself to get suckered in by the the Internet marketing gurus that you’ll undoubtedly come across and some of the rash statements that are made, after all  their strength is their marketing, that’s why they are called Internet Marketers, so its easy to be reeled in but  …..
