I am looking for a career change and was reading up on bulk email marketing for a particular job I am looking at. I am assuming that this would be done by a particular type of software. Does anyone know what type of software this would be so that I can read about it or if you know anything about the concept will you please share you experience.

They do it legally with mail servers and mail only to people that have opted into their lists. They also have commercial ISP’s that don’t restrict outgoing emails per month.
