I’m a big fan of cheap and free products when it comes to my video marketing I use Powerpoint and camstudio plus.
Camstudio is a basic screen capture tool with audio recording. I’ve used this for about 8 months now and it does everything I need it to without having a massive price tag (or in fact any as I offer it free on my website)
With power point you can setup your entire Video before you start filming so you know exactly how things will look before hand
