Do you want to hire another designer to make your website? I'd suggest finding one at the SitePoint Market Place http://www.sitepoint.com/forums They have a lot of great web designers there. You can also choose to start a contest over there and offer a certain amount for your web-designing. You can get good quality designs for a cheap price.
