   Dreamweaver is good but you will need to take some time with it. A quick and easy way to do what your asking is to use WordPress.

   or Dreamweaver. nothing beats Dreamweaver (besides nano text editor of course!)

   Basically any version of Adobe Dreamweaver. The latest version is CS5, available from Adobe’s website as someone linked above.

    CoffeeCup HTML editor is the best pound for pound editor anywhere. You never need more than that, great for novice and pro alike.

    Hi, if you’re on a budget I’d suggest WebPlus X4 it costs about £80 compared to the several hundred you’d spend on some of the others suggested. It comes with multiple templates which you can adapt to suit you and tutorials. There’s no need to learn html and it can create flash galleries, insert video clips etc. There’s also WebPlus X2 which costs £29.99 when you use the second link below otherwise I can’t seem to find the programme on the main Serif website.
